Return & Exchange Period
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customer_service@maxpetals.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Return Process
- Contact customer service to receive a return authorization
- Package your item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include your order number and return authorization inside the package
- Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customer_service@maxpetals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
